Our projects of which OHOET is one of them is developed to meet the needs of one of our community's most vulnerable populations - youths who have informed ideas and unique contributions to offer to the world but lack the resource to actualize them. As a youth-directed, community-based project, OHOET seeks to respond to the dire need of providing information, training, and support services for a target group that can convert that for the benefits of all.
